I purchased this product and found the items to be of good quality. The metal part of the holder might give you a mild shock if you are careless but in careful handling you can use the product with ease. I have seen several negative reviews on Amazon for the same product but it seems that the breakage or mishandling of the product by transit might have damaged the product for those buyers. You should be able to use the product with ease and I would request the Indrico company to provide some insulator for the metal part to avoid any electric shock.
