- Warranty Period
- All INDRICO Extension Boards except promotional or discounted items come with a 1-Year Warranty from the date of Purchase.
- Please note: LED indicators are not covered under warranty.
- Warranty Registration
- To activate your warranty, please register your product on our website within 14 days of delivery.
- If registration is not completed within this period, the warranty will be cancelled.
- Make sure to provide a valid email ID, mobile number, and order ID. If any of these details are false or incorrect, the warranty will not be applicable.
- Customer Responsibility
- Courier charges (to send the product to our Repairing center (West Bengal) and back) must be paid by the customer.
- Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by overloading or faulty house wiring or Sockets.
- Electrical short-circuits, water damage, or any signs of moisture inside the product.
- Physical damage, mishandling, or improper use.
- Burnt products due to power fluctuations or misuse.
